Doug Wells

Doug joined Future Support Services Limited from Wall Street Systems where during his 5 years he was a Global Account Director. Doug was 8 years with BZW in various senior management roles covering all aspects of trading support and business critical project / programme management. Prior to this Doug was 14 years with Barclays Bank plc in Operations, Corporate Treasury and Senior Audit Manager operating across all trading divisions.  

Howard Mather

Howard joined Future Support Services Limited from Wall Street Systems where during his 5 years he was Head of Business Development and a Global Account Director. Prior to this Howard undertook consultancy assignments for Kleinwort Benson and Standard Chartered Bank, specialising in risk management and the re-engineering of business processes.

The preceding 16 years were with Geldermann Inc as Senior Vice President, and Rudolf Wolf & Co Ltd as Group Associate Director - Risk and Marketing.

Howard was an accountant and has been a member of various Industry Committees and Advisory Groups.
